Shipping Policy
- Any product purchased on solestone.in, the delivery cost will be Rs.0 for the customer, and we bear your deliver charges anywhere in India.
- Please carefully review our shipping policy before you purchase our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
- We usually ship from Monday to Friday (before 4.00pm IST). Any orders placed after 4.00pm IST will be automatically processed the next working day. We do not ship on weekends or any public holidays.
- For deliveries within India or for international shipping, we have partnered with shipping partner
- Shiprocket, and we may deliver your order through many other partners like FedEx, Bluedart, India Post as per convenient business operations and measures to reach you safely.
- Intimation on your orders will always be sent via email with the shipping details through which you can track your order at ease.
- Your deliveries usually take between 1-7 days from the date of purchase depending on the city and distance as per the terms of shipping partner.

Return Policy
- All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
- Exception: In case you receive a damaged non-food article, we request you to raise return and replacement queries by sending an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please attach images of the item received so that we can evaluate its condition.

Cancellations
- The cancellation of your order can be initiated only when we receive a request on email to [email protected] with order details within 1 hour of placing your order or before your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Usually, we ship out your order the same business day.
- Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.
- To cancel your order, go to MY ORDERS section after logging on to your account.

Rewards Policy
- Rewards program (“SOLE STONE Gourmet club”) is applicable to customers purchasing and redeeming in India, and not applicable for orders generated in any other country.
- Rewards program is a free of cost membership program which is granted automatically for every registered customer in India, specially organized for delivering value-added services to our customers.
- Points redemption has no limit until and unless the user earns such points through various modes of acquisition.
- Points are not transferrable and cannot be encashed to any currency.
- Any points applied while placing your order cannot be reversed when the order is cancelled at any given point of time or when your payment has failed due to any technical issue.
- Points may expire time to time as per our management decision, hence it cannot be accumulated more than 6 months.
- Rewards can be withdrawn at any circumstance for any reason, and we are not liable to answer any queries pertaining to withdrawal of rewards program or termination of points earned over any duration.
